I did have issues with finding food I liked at the Chinese restaurant. Staff help was a mixed bag. while one receptionist, Kadir, was exceptional and kind, others didn’t engage much. Upon check-in, the room cleanliness left something to be desired. I found hair on the floor and dust in the corners. I appreciated the great air conditioning, perfect for Istanbul's heat. The limited parking availability was concerning in a busy area like this. Overall, the hotel has potential but fell short in several areas that need addressing.
